LDS Church in Brazil

After using the technique outlined in the LDS in the United States post I wanted to know how this compared to other provinces and states in other countries where the LDS Church has a strong presence.  In looking at Brazil the following list provides people (not just members) per stake and separated into provinces. The provinces with the fewest people per stake are listed below.

LDS Church in the United States

The following is one way of many that people can look to gauge the strength of the LDS Church.  Personally I feel that although LDS Church Districts are vital and important in the growth of the LDS Church, an established LDS Stake reflects spiritual maturity and strength of the members in a particular area on a larger scale than a district.  I have listed the amount of people (not just members) in the population per stake.  The states with the fewest people to stake ratio are listed below.  To view the church growth in the manner although humbling hopefully instills in you as it does me the importance of helping our Church Districts develop into stakes of Zion.

State:   People/Stake
Utah 5105
Idaho 12698
Wyoming 33292
Arizona 72224
Nevada 74290
Hawaii 85880
Montana 87949
Alaska 98042
Oregon 105279

Welcome to my blog

Thank you for visiting my blog.  I am in no ways perfect so there may be some errors in my findings, and this is in no way an official LDS Church blog. That being said I hope that some of the information I have found is interesting and helpful for those wanting to learn about the current growth of the LDS Church.
